Training PDF Print E-mail
Community Seagrass Monitoring is a great way to learn more about your local environment, while meeting new people.

Training is offered to new groups, and to new members of existing groups. The training process is important, so that we can ensure the data that is collected is reliable and consistent. However, that doesn't mean the training is tedious and difficult...we have a lot of fun while learning a lot about the local environment and how to collect scientific data!

If you would like to become a Seagrass Monitor, check to see if there is a group in your area and contact the Local Coordinator. To start a new group in your area, contact the CEN's Seagrass Project Officer.

See the list Seagrass Monitoring Groups to find out if there is a group in your area.
