About the Lake Conjola Site Conjola Lake is located approximately 10 km north of Ulladulla, entering the ocean at the northern end of Conjola Beach. The waterways of Lake Conjola are approximately 6kms2 with some of its 145km2 catchment within the Conjola National Park. The area is popular for holiday-makers and is a renowned boating waterway. The area has been declared a recreational fishing haven, which bans commercial fishing. The two major species of seagrass present here are Zostera and Halophila. Caulerpa taxifolia has been identified as a noxious weed found within this waterway; it is the most Southern location where Caulerpa taxifolia has been found.
