Brief Aims of Group: Permaculture is a practical design system for creating sustainable environments for people, animals and the planet. Through example and education we share information and experiences with each other and the wider community. Many of our members are involved in the following ways:
* Growing some of their own food, recycling wastes;
* Visiting Permaculture properties, including commercial ventures;
* Organising PCC displays at local events e.g. Flora Festival;
* Working with, or teaching Permaculture in local schools;
* Facilitating workshops and speakers on Permaculture topics;
* Teaching Permaculture courses and workshops;
* Consulting as Permaculture designers. |
